On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, the Managing Director and Head of Research of the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub, Henrik Wulff Christensen, visited WHO in Geneva and the Swiss Research Fund in Basel, where he held meetings with a. o. Søren Brostrøm, senior adviser to the WHO’s Director-General, WFC’s Secretary-General Richard Brown, and Yuka Sumi, head of WHO’s unit for aging and health, who helped develop WHO’s guidelines for non-surgical management of lower back pain in the elderly. Already, the guidelines are the second most downloaded guidelines in WHO’s history.
