How do I sign up for a course at the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub?
Send an e-mail to efteruddannelse@kiroviden.sdu.dk stating which course you wish to sign up for.
We will then get in touch with you with guidelines of how to enroll.
How do I pay for my participation in a CPD course?
When you send us an e-mail at efteruddannelse@kiroviden.sdu.dk stating your wish to sign up for at CPD course, we will send you information on how to enroll and how to pay for your participation.
How do I get an invoice?
When you have registered and paid for a course, we will send you an invoice/receipt by e-mail.
How do I cancel my participation in a CPD course?
If you wish to cancel a course to which you have signed up, you must be aware of the applicable cancellation rules (see the course conditions at www.kiroviden.com):
- If you cancel your participation before the last registration deadline, you will receive the full course fee back.
- If you cancel your participation after the last registration deadline, but within 14 days before the course is held, you will receive half the course fee back.
- If you cancel your participation 14 days or later before the course is held, you will not be refunded the course fee.
Your cancellation must be submitted in writing to efteruddannelse@kiroviden.sdu.dk
Can I send someone else if I'm unable to attend?
No, your enrolment is personal. You cannot send a substitute in your place, if you are unable to attend.
If you are unable to attend, you will have to apply for reimbursement of you participation fee according to the reimbursement regulations.

Will I get course material before the course?
We cannot promise that course material will be sent out before the course. It depends on the teacher and any copyrights.
If published, the course material will be circulated electronically and is not for distribution.
How do I get a link to a webinar/digital course?
You will receive a link to the course no later than two days before the course. Remember to check your spam filter if you have not received the link.

Can I record the course?
No, you cannot record the course.
Can I participate in CPD courses if I am not chiropractor?
Unless otherwise stated, all courses at the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub are targeted at chiropractors.
However, non-chiropractors are welcome to participate in the courses where the content can also be related to other subject groups.
If a course is oversubscribed, the Chiropractic Knowledge Hub reserves the right to prioritize chiropractors regardless of the time of notification.
I am not a chiropractor, how do I sign up for a course?

Do I get a course diploma?
We do not automatically give out course diplomas.
